## Programs
- **Beginners** (Start here): Learn the grip, the basic strokes, footwork and the rules — in a friendly, no-pressure group. Includes: Fundamentals & technique, Footwork basics, Private class with coach.
- **Intermediate & Advanced** (Level up): Sharpen your smash, defence and match tactics with structured drills and competitive play. Includes: Advanced strokes & drills, Friendly group sessions, Match play.
- **Dopamine Juniors** (Kids & teens): A fun, structured program that builds coordination, confidence and a love for the sport from an early age. Includes: Age-appropriate coaching, Coordination & agility, Fun, safe environment.

### I've never played before. Can I join?
Absolutely. Our coaches work with complete beginners and build your fundamentals step by step.

### Do I need my own racket?
No — top-level equipment is provided during sessions. If you want your own, the Dopamine Store can help you choose.

### What should I wear?
Comfortable sportswear and indoor court shoes with non-marking soles. Bring a towel — you’ll need it.

### How long is each session?
Every session is 90 minutes.

### How do I join?

### Do you have a program for kids?
Yes — Dopamine Juniors is our dedicated program for kids and teens. Message us for ages and timings.
